Microsoft/Crowdstrike Outage, Steps to Troubleshoot & Self Resolve

By now, you’re probably aware of a major outage affecting countless users across the globe. Information is still coming in, but the cause of the outage has been linked to an issue with a recent software update that was pushed out over night on July 18/early July 19 by CrowdStrike. Windows users around the world are being greeted by errors and an inability to use their PCs. Fortunately, there are some steps you can take as an end user that may bring your devices back online.
